The apartment is furnished has a large loggia with a view to the mountains and ski slope, a dining recess and a sitting room with a cable TV with a flat screen with Slovak and Czech channels. You can prepare your own meals in the kitchen with a dish washer and an oven. A fridge, a cooker, a coffee machine and a kettle are available, too. The apartment has its own bathroom with a washing machine and a bath. The centre of the town with restaurants and shopping possibilities is only 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment.

Guests may use a place where ski passes are sold, a room for storing skis and a rental of bicycles. The Ski bus stops directly in the complex. Surrounding is a popular place for skiing. The residence Sun Lodge Schladming is also close to the departure station of the cable cars Hauser Kaibling, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm.

You will discover 220 km of cross-country skiing tracks in the height 1,100 to 2,700 m above the sea level in the heart of northern skiing sports in Ramsau am Dachstein. The track provides all levels, so that everybody is satisfied.

Golf clubs in Dachstein-Tauern and at the castle Pichlarn offer 2 from the most beautiful 18-hole golf courses in the whole Austria. There is also 10-hole natural golf course Kobaldhof at the bottom of Dachstein here, which offers a unique golf experience.

Dachstein Tauern Golf Club:

A golf course designed by Bernhard Langer is set in a beautiful country between Schladming and Haus im Ennstal. Exquisitely organized course is a sport challenge for players and offers everything you would like. Although the course is difficult, it offers great plays and unforgettable memories to players of all handicaps.

Schloss Pichlarn Golf Club:

The castle Pichlarn has one of the oldest golf courses in Austria – spa and golf resort together are considered as one of the most beautiful places in the world. Idyllic environment of the 18-hole course is elegant and exclusive and it is located in the heart of Ennstal. The golf course is characterized by natural topography of hills, valleys and vegetation.

Kobaldhof's natural golf course:

The world’s number one. A natural golf course was opened at Kobaldhofe in 2007. The 10-hole golf course maintained without chemicals is the innovation in sport. The course with an area of 3 hectares is maintained in accordance with strict criteria of ecological agriculture. Because the ecological golf course Ramsau offers sectors from 90 to 280 m, it is also suitable for beginners.
